OPTIMA industrial filters

STEINHAUS OPTIMA industrial filters are available in different variations.

Shape filter

Shaped filters from STEINHAUS are available in all technically feasible shapes.

For example, as filter disks (round, rectangular, square), as cylinders, cones or half shells, and much more. Steinhaus supplies ready-made filter elements, filter plates and filter baskets.

The shaped filters are manufactured with high precision according to customer-specific drawings, whether butt, roller or spot-welded, soft or hard soldered, flanged, drawn, pressed or crimped.

OPTIMA start-up filters / hat strainers

Start-up filters have the task of separating production residues such as slag and electrode residues that have entered the pipes during assembly and welding work when commissioning a system in pipeline and apparatus construction.

This prevents damage to downstream system components and significantly reduces the risk of costly operational interruptions.

OPTIMA filter cartridges

Filter cartridges are used, among other things, for cleaning and regenerating cutting oils for machine tools.

OPTIMA steam strainers

The compact OPTIMA steam strainers are made of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel and are primarily used in power plant technology. They protect valves and steam turbines from damage caused by impurities and foreign bodies.

OPTIMA filter cartridges

OPTIMA filter discs are used in industrial applications, in any shape and size, mostly as protective screens or in screen changing systems for the filtration of e.g. plastic melts.
